He is the Ex-Non Executive Chairman of the Board of Shree Dig Vijay Cement Co. Ltd, part of the Cimpor Group, now the Votorantim Group, the 6th largest cement company in the world, and as a member of the board of Governors of ITM Group.
Len is a coach for CEOs and top management in many organizations and is an accredited Leadership Grid trainer globally providing services in leadership development. He is a partner of Grid International Organization Development.
Apart from consulting on HR Strategy, Service Excellence and Employability Education, Len has incubated many a customized educational talent augmentation initiative during his corporate stint.

Len began his career with the Tata Management Training Center Pune and worked with TATA's in the TAJ group of Hotels for over 26 years, and was Vice President - Corporate Human Resources. During his tenure, he was part of the team that set up the IIHM Aurangabad and was on its Board of Governors. Len was also a member of the core group of the JRD Quality Value Initiative, of Tata Companies which is now the Tata Business Excellence model.
Len's previous corporate assignment was as President -Corporate Development and Human Resources of Piramal Enterprises Limited, a diversified group, engaged in Pharmaceuticals (now Piramal Health Care), Glass, Textiles, Engineering, Real Estate and Malls.
After a corporate stint of three decades, Len has been working as an independent consultant, trainer - facilitator and thought leader in Human Resource Management and Leadership in several companies, helping to deliver results by unlocking the power of people through effective products, tools and partnerships. He has over thirty-five years of experience in this field.

An MBA from FMS Delhi and Information Management from Leeds Polytechnic, UK, Suhayl has over 25 years worked for organizations like Penguin Publishing, The British Council, Saudi Ports Authority, Reliance Industries, Essar and Piramal Healthcare in the Information & Knowledge Management domain. His consulting expertise has enabled a host of initiatives for organizations in diverse sectors.
B. Ganesh - Social Entrepreneur
A Social Entrepreneur enabling Employability Education with SALTLABS, Ganesh is a teacher by passion and an educationist by profession, Ganesh has been successful on both counts during his corporate career spanning more than 9 years. Ganesh is a commerce graduate with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar. He has been a successful Educational Projects Manager with organizations such as Reliance Web stores, Everonn Systems and his almamater XIM Bhubaneswar where he has been credited for launching innovative technology enabled educational models.
In his last assignment with CRISIL- a Standard and Poor's company, he was acclaimed and recognized across the McGraw Hill Companies worldwide for creating an innovative talent augmentation pipeline through a unique work and study programme. He has also developed significant expertise in managing both small and large educational institution operations and has successfully managed the operations of IMS Learning Centre in Chennai.
A brief research stint with McKinsey Knowledge Centre and a sales stint with Johnson & Johnson have provided him a strong research and marketing orientation in all his assignments till date. He is an avid reader and a guest faculty on marketing and finance at some of the business schools across the country.
Hariprasad Menon - Social Entrepreneur
Hari is an OD Consultant, a skilled Facilitator, Trainer and a HR Consultant. He works with organizations in Vision Building, Culture Transformations, Leadership Development and Team Building. He is an executive coach and works with many organizations in mentoring & grooming their future leaders for them. He facilitates senior management meetings, goal setting sessions etc for his clients. As a process consultant he works to transform OD concepts to on the ground organizational processes.
Hari's career spans over 25 years so far. During these years he has been a member of senior management teams, has successfully led start ups and spearheaded the business development for a number of organizations. He was a member of the business development team that helped launch Compaq's earliest foray into the India market. He was a principal consultant in the setting up of a fully owned Offshore Development Center in India for Etisalat, UAE's largest telecom operator. He has worked on a number of organization restructuring and leadership development initiatives for clients.
Hari is passionate about helping the younger generation become aware of their instincts and inherent traits so that they are better equipped to handle the challenges of the real world. They are then able to make informed choices about their careers and interests. He is a Certified Facilitator for Grid and Belbin Frameworks. Hari holds a Master's Degree in Physics and a Diploma in Labour Law.
